The Dallas Cowboys have made two significant adjustments to their practice squad, signing defensive lineman Jalen Dalton while releasing defensive tackle Phil Hoskins. Dalton, who previously played for the San Antonio Brahmas in the United Football League, had a productive season before being placed on injured reserve.

Hoskins, who joined the Cowboys in August, did not see any game action. His career includes stints with the Arizona Cardinals, Kansas City Chiefs, and Carolina Panthers, highlighting his extensive experience in the league.

The Dallas Cowboys have strengthened their practice squad by signing defensive lineman Jalen Dalton. The 27-year-old player, who went undrafted in 2019 from North Carolina, has previously played for several NFL teams including the Chicago Bears, Atlanta Falcons, New Orleans Saints, and Carolina Panthers.

Dalton has spent the last two seasons in alternative leagues like the XFL and UFL, and has participated in seven NFL games, all with the Falcons in 2022, where he recorded 13 tackles and one tackle for loss. In a related move, the Cowboys released Phil Hoskins from the practice squad.
